Introduction
In an age of abundant information and global instability, the capacity to obtain, analyse, and use open-source data and publicly available information (PAI) has become critical for analysts, security experts, and decision-makers.
To address this growing demand, SpecialEurasia will deliver an intensive online training programme designed to strengthen participants’ technical competence and analytical discipline in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).
Giuliano Bifolchi, OSINT Unit Director and Research Manager at SpecialEurasia, and Professor in OSINT and Web Intelligence at the European Forensic Institute in Malta, will lead the course. His operational experience and academic background underpin a rigorous, practice-oriented curriculum.
This program combines theoretical foundations with organized practical exercises. Participants will gain proficiency in developing a secure research environment, incorporating OSINT-compatible operating systems, applying specialist tools, and conducting actual case-based investigations.
