SpecialEurasia took part in the 9th edition of the CISO 360 Global Congress, held in Munich from 24 to 26 June 2025.
Organised by Pulse Conferences, the event assembled Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), cybersecurity professionals, and strategic stakeholders to address key issues facing the global cybersecurity environment.
The Congress facilitated direct engagement with security leaders, offering a platform to assess cybersecurity strategies, threat intelligence developments, and policy approaches across multiple sectors.
SpecialEurasia’s presence supported its ongoing work in monitoring cyber risk trends, evaluating the geopolitical implications of digital threats, and analysing the intersection between cyber operations, national security, and corporate resilience.
Strategic Focus Areas Identified at CISO 360
The 2025 programme featured a structured exchange on critical themes, including:
-
AI and Quantum Computing Preparedness. Participants discussed operational strategies to mitigate the security implications of quantum computing and manage AI-powered threats.
-
Cross-Sector Collaboration. Sessions underscored the need for strategic partnerships to confront transnational cyber threats, particularly across supply chains and critical infrastructure.
-
Resilience and Threat Intelligence. Advanced threat detection and coordinated response mechanisms were prioritised as key components of institutional cyber resilience.
-
Cyber Geopolitics and Supply Chain Risk. Special attention was given to the geopolitical drivers shaping cyber threat patterns and the growing exposure of supply chains to state-backed or politically motivated cyber activities.
-
Governance, Risk, and Compliance Tools. Several presentations and workshops reviewed current GRC methodologies and toolkits, aiming to align corporate governance with rapidly shifting risk environments.
SpecialEurasia also attended closed-door discussions, thematic roundtables, and bilateral sessions, gaining updated perspectives on institutional cyber strategies and vulnerabilities. Informal networking engagements facilitated targeted exchanges with industry figures and policy advisers, broadening the organisation’s access to practitioner insights.
Participation in the CISO 360 Global Congress 2025 strengthens SpecialEurasia’s operational monitoring of cyber geopolitics, strategic technologies, and international risk. The congress reaffirmed the relevance of cybersecurity in geopolitical forecasting and risk management models.
